HULU PLUS

Hulu is an American subscription-based video on demand website that offers movies, TV series and music videos. The site was a joint venture of The Walt Disney Company, 21st Century Fox, NBCUniversal with 30% each and WarnerMedia (AT&T) with 10%. In 2019 with the finalization of the Fox acquisition by Disney and the sale of the AT&T stake, Disney became the majority with 66%.

Within Disney, Hulu is part of the Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer and International division alongside other video on demand services by Disney + and ESPN + subscription
